Gold Letting service plan
The full Gold service plan is as follows:

Online presence - A front page 4 slide card on our site with Online & telephone sales optimisation and management.​​

A full linked page dedicated to your property with more details and an interactive gallery of images.

​​​OTA listings* - You will have a fully optimised and managed listing on multiple Online Travel Agent sites, such as booking.com, Airbnb, and Expedia.

Photography package - Photo's taken to highlight your property in its best light, 25 images fully edited for you to use and to be used in our online marketing of your property.

Social Media - As well as general mentions within our own posts, we will post at least 4-8 updates a month dedicated to your property on our own pages. These may be posts or reels.

Day to day property management - We will arrange changeover cleaning services, self check in for your customers, & small repairs and replacements when needed to make sure no guests are given a less than perfect holiday.

Yearly Deep Clean - Once a year your property will be stripped down and cleaned from ceiling to floor

Dynamic Pricing - Sophisticated systems monitor demand for your area and adjust prices to your conditions, so you increase revenue and occupancy while we control the overall settings.

Extra Services - Firewood delivery, Guest Anniversary/Birthday decoration/gift, Small welcome pack.

Emergency out of hours call outs - Boiler broken? Gas ran out?, Water leak etc. we can attend and organise the relevant repair or service asap.

Legislation Compliance - We will arrange all your annual certificates such as Gas safe register, PAT testing etc.

Monthly Occupancy and financial reports - Giving you a breakdown of your property performance.

Other Service Plans
Our booking & marketing starter service.
You take care of the property, we'll take care of sales! (subject to review), We'll Create a profile card on the front page of our EC Holidays Sales website and host your online & telephone sales via our platform as well as multiple OTA channels. We'll take well presented photo's of your property highlighting exactly what makes your property truly enticing, and upload these to all outlets.
We'll also post dedicated instagram/facebook posts and/or reels 4-5 times a month on our own pages.

Building on the Bronze service, we can also:
Take care of every element of the day to day running of your property.
Post at least 8 enhanced media updates per month through our own pages (Instagram/Facebook), and respond to potential guests enquiries from these posts.
Provide an enhanced listing on our website, including a front page card and an individual dedicated page for more guest information, and up to 25 picture interactive gallery.
